At Gurukul, the early years are nurtured with warmth, wonder, and deep emotional care because a child’s first school experiences shape their relationship with learning for life. Our Pre-Primary programme creates a safe, joyful, and child-sensitive environment where children feel valued, heard, and free to explore.

Rooted in our Gurukul Progressive Education Programme (GPEP), learning happens through play, storytelling, conversations, movement, music, art, nature exploration, hands-on discovery, and meaningful experiences rather than rote memorisation. Children learn by questioning, observing, experimenting, expressing, and doing.

Skills like phonemic awareness, creativity, coordination, problem-solving, and critical thinking are nurtured through meaningful, hands-on experiences that spark curiosity, imagination, and a genuine love for learning. Children are encouraged to explore independently, make connections, and construct their own understanding through experiential learning.
